Lovers’ Quarrel

By Micheal Coleman

Words said that were painfully true, with
cruel intentions of hurting you.
Two tears once laid upon this bed, fighting lonely instead.
The past can not be rewritten,
but if wishful thinking were true.
I would chose love over living without you.
